About Us
Larry Valmore, MSW
Larry Valmore, MSW, is a coach specializing in helping women who have been sexually assaulted to reclaim their child-like Innocence and to get full access to their natural, appropriate feminine Power.
He moved from Cincinnati, Ohio to Denver in the spring of 2004, then from Denver to Colorado Springs in March 2013.
Larry went into the profession of psychotherapy partly in a quest for a connection and a degree of intimacy he could not find in his own family. He has been able to satisfy his hunger in marvelous ways, and is grateful to all who have participated in this mutual adventure of personal expansion.
Larry earned a Master’s degree in Social Work in 1982, and worked as a clinician and clinical supervisor for 15 years. During his time as a clinician he was privileged to be assigned to Family Service of Cincinnati’s Sexual Abuse Treatment Team. His time on that Team, along with generous sharing by his clients and expansive reading, gave him a thorough education into the various issues facing women who have been sexually assaulted.
As he has evolved in his own beliefs he has moved into a coaching orientation rather than therapy. This perspective has allowed him to magnify his effectiveness exponentially.
Larry has taught workshops in 15 foreign countries and 25 of the 50 United States. His private clients reside in many states around the country, as well as abroad.
